In Israel today, Tel Aviv is a modern, "party" city, full of nightlife, bars and clubs, even called, "The city that never sleeps." Only 30 miles from Jerusalem, the deafened ears of God's historic people patently ignore the Word of the Lord, and celebrate lifestyles that are flagrantly contradictory to everything in the Bible. In the very shadows of all the miracles God ever did for the Jews at Jerusalem, and where the echoes of countless ancient prophets warned them again and again to turn from their sins, Israel shoves its fist in God's face and turns a blind eye and deaf ear to the Word of God.
Likewise, in America today, the once-Christian nation has become a nation of God-haters and perverse ideologies. In the very place from which armies of Bible-believing missionaries were once launched, the voice of God is brazenly defied.
